By placing an order with NITEA INTERNACIONAL you agree to the following terms.

1. Products. The NÍTEA V-LINE PRO™ is a cosmetic EMS device intended for home use by adults. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or have a medical or skin condition, consult a doctor before use. Results vary between individuals.

2. Orders and payment. All prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud.

3. Shipping and delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

4. Returns and refunds. See our Refund Policy (60-day money-back guarantee).

5. Warranty. The device is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims: niteabeauty@gmail.com.

6. Intellectual property. All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to NITEA INTERNACIONAL and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
